Youth grade finished 3rd in Fernhill Cup, after having a draw with Bulli and then loosing on penalties. In the playoff for 3rd Woonona beat Picton 3 nil.

Div 1 play trial against Thirroul - Thursday, March 11, 2010
The Division 1 team will play a trial match against northern club Thirroul at Gibson Park at 10.30am. This will give all players a chance to play for a spot in the team.

Sharks settle for 1 all draw - Thursday, March 11, 2010
The Sharks had to settle for a 1 all draw in their last game of the Frat Cup group stage. Despite dominating for many periods of play Sharks could not find that elusive goal to seal a win. The goal for the Sharkies was netted by Chris Hobbs.

Youth Grade win quarter final - Monday, March 08, 2010
Woonona Youth Grade won their quarter finals match against Cringila 5-4 in a penalty shoot out after the match finished nil all after regular time. Both semi finals & finals will be held at Fernhill on saturday 13th. Kick off is 12.15pm for the young Sharkies.

Sharks win round 2 match - Wednesday, March 03, 2010
The Sharks now have 2 wins from 2 starts after beating neighbours Bellambi 2 Nil in game 2 of the Frat Cup. Andrew Bradshaw & a Bellambi Own goal were the scorers.

Season Launch at BWC - Sunday, February 28, 2010
The 2010 Woonona Sharks (Senior Men & Women Teams) Season launch is on at Bulli Workers Club on Saturday 6th March from 7pm. Dress is casual & entry is free. The club bar & bistro will be open for those wanting a drink or a meal.

Youth Grade has scoreless draw - Saturday, February 27, 2010
Despite dominating the game Woonona youth grade could manage only a scoreless draw against Bellambi youths in the Fernhill cup match. Sharkies had quite a few chances but none were converted into goals. At the other end of the park, without a regular goal keeper available last years team captain Matt McCoy took up the custodian role and he was hardly called upon. The Youth team next match is against Kiama on Tuesday evening 6.40pm
