Local derby points to Woonona - Saturday, May 19, 2012
Woonona won the local derby contest against Bellambi this afternoon with all grades winning their matches. Youth grade won 5 -1, Reserves 3 - 0 & First grade 2 - 1. This keeps the club on top of their competitions.

Cold temps did not deter Sharkies - Sunday, May 13, 2012
Cold & icey Highlands weather did not deter the Sharkies from taking the 9 points on offer up at Bowral this afternoon. Youth grade started the Sharks off beating their opposition 7 nil; goals to Luke Mittwollen 5, Scott Cuuran & Jackson Gosling. Reserves followed winning their match 4 nil (Hoyle, Porter, Fitzsimons & Parker 1 a piece). First grade completed the cool afternoon with a good yet tough 3-1 win. Andrew Bradshaw 2 & Cam Banks were the goal scorers.  
Trifecta of wins for Sharks
The Sharkies have continued on with their winning form beating Kiama in all grades this afternoon. Youth grade started well beating Kiama 11/0. Lukey Mittwollen bagged a double hattrick to take his tally to 14 in 3 as many games. Reserve grade followed with a 6 nil win with goals to Ben French, Dougy Woodiwiss & Nath Sackett. First grade completed the trifecta winning 4-1. Goals in that match went to Cameron Banks(2), Paul Thompson & Beau Cropper.  
3 Good Wins for Sharks - Saturday, April 21, 2012
Woonona beat Kemblawarra in all grades this afternoon. Youth grade (13 nil) - goals to Luke Mittwollen 4, Lochlan Patterson & Jackson Gosling 2, Murray Wood, Dean Moroson, Stuart Curran, Scott Curran, Mitch English 1. Reserve Grade 5 (nil) Pete Lewis 4 & Rick Lovel 1. Firsts (3-2), Cameron Banks, Chris Gibson & Own Goal. Woonona currently lead their respective competitions.  
All 3 grades win at the Burgh - Friday, April 06, 2012
Woonona won all 3 grades at Helensburgh this afternoon. Youths kick of the day with a 7 nil thumping of their opponents. Luke Mittwollen scored a double brace with Matt Madden, Dean Morosin & Locky Paterson getting 1 each. In reserves they won their match 5 -1 new signing Tim Parker 2, Peter Lewis Evan Fitzimmons & Daniel Mckellar 1 a piece. Woonona 1 & 2 had good wins in round 2 of the association cup matches.
 

2 wins & a draw V Corrimal - Saturday , March 31, 2012
Woonona had a win in Youth & Reserve grade & a draw in firsts in round 1 of the the competition.
